Who Can Use the Polyco Electricians Gloves?

These gloves are designed for dry environments and should not be used around oil, petrol, any corrosive products, or if they become wet. Perfect for electrical applications like installation, wiring and lighting tasks, they are suitable for use in the following industries:

Checking Your Gloves for Damage

When dealing with potentially high voltages it is vital that you ensure your hand protection is as effective as possible. Gloves in Classes 00 and 0 should be replaced immediately if they show any signs of physical damage such as tears. Classes 1 -4 should not be used unless they are regularly tested every six months from the date of manufacture onward (manufacture dates can be located on product packaging).

How Should These Gloves Be Tested?

Classes 1 - 4 of the Poylco Electricians gloves should be tested every six months. The test includes air inflation to check for leaks, a visual inspection while pressurised and a dielectric test to check the glove's accordance with EN 60903 standards.

Storage Information

Store your Polyco Electrician gloves in temperatures between 10 and 21°C (humidity 60+/-10%). Don't crush or fold your gloves and keep them in their original packaging or in an electricians bag between uses.

Can These Gloves Be Washed?

To keep your gloves in good conditions, check that all contaminants are removed after use. They can be washed with soap and water and dried at temperatures below 65°C.
