Suitable Applications
Thanks to waterproofing and a diverse and flexible design, UCi V325 Gloves are suitable for a wide range of professions and applications. See below for a few examples:
How Does a Full Coating Help Protect My Hands?
A full coating means that the entire glove is covered by a protective substance. This is beneficial if you work with liquids and other unsanitary or harmful substances. A full coating can also feel tighter and fuller, enhancing grip strength if you're lifting and carrying all day. It is simply personal preference for many to wear a slightly heavier and overall thicker glove.
PVC Benefits
PVC has a number of benefits when used as a glove coating. It is entirely waterproof and forms a thick, shiny layer on the glove that provides great protection against grease, oil and other sticky moistures. This makes PVC the perfect coating for protection against harmful liquids like chemicals and oil.
Phthalate-Free Formulation
Phthalate is an accelerant used as an additive in many plastics, including PVC. Unfortunately, it can be an irritant for those with sensitive skin or another dermatological condition. UCi V325 Safety Gloves are 100% phthalate free, making them ideal for those with irritation prone skin.
Innovative Sanitation System
These gloves are manufactured using UCi's patented "Sanitized" fabric sanitation system. The Sanitized fabric hygiene system helps to reduce the growth and spread of microorganisms that are particularly problematic, such as clostridia and other antibiotic-resistant bacteria. This is particularly beneficial to work gloves because of the potential for a build-up of sweat and the risk of cross-contamination from hand to face throughout the day.
REACH Compliant
REACH is a new piece of UK legislation covering the protection of people handling chemicals. REACH requires manufactures and employers to educate themselves on the dangers and hazards related to chemical handling.
