How Do Ergodyne ProFlex 9012 Anti-Vibration Gloves Keep Your Hands Safe?

Specifically designed to combat the side-effects of prolonged power tool usage, the ProFlex 9002 sets itself apart from other gloves with its unique advanced vibration control technology. By reducing shock and vibration at the source of contact through absorption and dampening, the waves and vibration generated by power tools stay rooted in the glove before they're able to travel up into your hands and arms. The added bonus of high-quality grip lining also promotes proper handling and form when using tools.

What Is Hand Arm Vibration Syndrome?

Hand Arm Vibration Syndrome (HAVS) is a serious condition resulting from the prolonged use of high-impact and vibrating power tools. Whilst the symptoms and signs may not be as obvious as a cut or puncture, the threat and long term implications are just as serious. Progressive in nature, symptoms of HAVS include but are not limited to: a partial or complete loss of sensation in the hands or arms, a loss of grip strength and whiteness and tingling in the fingers or hands.

How Do ProFlex 9012 Anti-Vibration Gloves Protect Against HAVS?

Thankfully, ProFlex 9012 Gloves are specifically designed to guard against conditions like HAVS. Using advanced vibration control (AVC) technology to reduce shock and dampen vibrations whilst still maintaining comfortability and flexibility, the ProFlex 9012 are the ultimate in protection wear when using power tools. See the video below for a full demonstration of how ProFlex 9012 Gloves protect against HAVS.

What Are the Benefits of a Wrist Support?

When you are using a power tool, a large amount of force is generated and subsequently absorbed by your hands, arms and body. If you suffer with a pre-existing condition like carpal tunnel syndrome or chronic wrist pain, support in that area is invaluable. The wrist support on the ProFlex 9012 not only reduces vibrations but its in built and patented Open-Center Stays aid in relief from repetitive motion discomfort.

Who Should Be Using ProFlex 9012 Gloves?

With a multifunctional design that guards against a number of safety concerns, the ProFlex 9012 Gloves are the ideal pair for use in high-traffic, fast paced professional environments. Please see below for a list of suitable professions:
