Palm Coating Benefits
Slips and drops are a common occurrence in packing departments, losing both money and compromising employee safety. UCi HX3-Lite Gloves are lined with a polyurethane coating to enhance grip strength and stability. A gripper palm means the glove fabric can adhere better to an object, preventing the material from sliding and slipping against whatever it is you're carrying.
18-Gauge Design
18 gauge refers to how close and tight the fabric feels. They have more of a "second skin" type feel, allowing the natural curvature of the hand to maintain its shape through the fabric. A higher gauge gloves is vital if you are performing precision handling tasks, as a heavier, bulkier glove does not allow the fingers the necessary dexterity to pick up/use small parts or operate small buttons and switches.
