So What Do These Ratings Mean?

These ratings show that PXP Gloves perform best against abrasions and tearing. This makes them ideal for use in environments like assembly work, packing and equipment handling, where repeated wear and tear is likely to breakdown your gloves over time.

The added benefit of a polyurethane coating at the palm enhances this protection, allowing you to lift and handle heavy and abrasive material without worrying about your gloves giving up on you.

Key Features and Benefits

  • Polyurethane coated palms enhance grip strength and add to abrasion and tear resistance
  • Inexpensive way to outfit and protect an entire workforce
  • Availability in six different sizes makes them ideal for employers looking for a range of different sizes
  • Lightweight design hugs the hand to promote dexterity in the fingers and palm
  • Ideal for the performance of tactile and precise tasks like machine operation, maintenance and building work
  • EN 388 certified protection against abrasions, cut, tearing and puncture

Who Do UCi PXP Gloves Suit?

These inexpensive gloves offer a wide range of protection at a fraction of the cost of similar safety gloves. They are available in packs of 10, making them ideal for larger workforces. Please see below for a few example professions and environments that we think are suitable for PXP Gloves:

What Does a Polyurethane Coating Do?

Polyurethane is commonly used as a safety gloves coating because it provides a great blend of protection and flexibility. When wearing a safety glove, it's important you protect your hands from hazards whilst allowing yourself the necessary freedom of movement to complete the range of tasks at hand.

A polyurethane coating also aids with grip, making them perfect for roles that require a great deal of tactile handling. Due to its inherent grippy properties, polyurethane coatings do not require any special treatment or manufacturing process in order to enhance their grip strength, keeping the price of your gloves down.

Precision Based Manufacturing

UCi PXP Gloves are manufactured to a sleek, inobtrusive style designed to make you feel like you're not even wearing them. Their machine-knit polyester fabric hugs the hand, forming a tight fabric layer that allows you to perform dexterous, precise tasks without feeling like your hand is snagging on an irritating layer of fabric.
