Which Size Is Right For Me?

Nitrile disposable gloves fit neatly to the shape of your hand. Because of this, it's vital you choose the perfect size for you. Luckily, that couldn't be easier. Simply measure the length and width of your hand as demonstrated in the image below.

Please measure the length and width of your hand to find your size

When you have your measurement, please consult the sizing chart below to find the right size for you. If your size falls on a sizing boundary, we recommend you take the size below if you prefer a skin tight fit. If you are looking for a slightly looser fitting glove, we recommend you take the size up.

Size Width of Palm (mm) Length of Hand (mm)
Small 80mm (±10mm) Minimum 240mm
Medium 95mm (±10mm) Minimum 240mm
Large 110mm (±10mm) Minimum 240mm
Extra Large ≥110mm Minimum 240mm

  • EN 1186 (Gloves are certified and suitable for use with food)

BioCote Technology

Unigloves utilise BioCote additive technology to prevent the spread of viruses. As viruses develop and spread, they eventually become resistant to antibiotics and drugs. Controlling the spread of viruses and bacteria is vital. Gloves like Unigloves that include BioCote technology have been proven to kill bacteria that other technologies and gloves struggle to control.

What Bacteria Do These Gloves Protect Against?

BioCote technology works through the use of additives applied during the manufacturing process. These anti-microbial chemical additives kill microorganisms that come into contact with the glove before they can be spread. This not only protects you, but your patients too. See below for a list of bacteria that BioCote technology helps to kill:

  • MRSA
  • E. Coli
  • Mould and Fungi
  • H1N1
  • Campylobacter
  • Salmonella
  • Listeria

What Are the Benefits of Nitrile?

When your profession involves examining or working on or with patients, the last thing you need is your gloves giving up on you. Gloves made from a high-quality nitrile mean no more tearing or ripping. Nitrile is a thicker, more durable material that does not tear as easily as latex and provides additional resistance against chemicals and liquids.

Nitrile is also powder free, reducing the risk of allergens and germs spreading from your implements or those you come into contact with. Nitrile also conforms better to the shape of your hand, leaving less airy, empty space than a latex counterpart.
